If you wish to comunicate between the 2 guilds use the Guild2Guild speach..

you can get it here: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/guild2guild.aspx

Set the channel to Muh

Type /g2g on
Type /g2g channel Muh

The you are able to hear what happens in the other guild
